Washington, Illinois Portrait Studio Christmas Mini Sessions
Today I am sharing some of my favorite images captured at last year’s Christmas studio mini sessions! For the first time, there will be three sets available to choose from. You may choose one, two, or all three!! Backgrounds can be viewed by following the booking link, and options will be as described. The holiday portrait room is a fun and new design that looks like your family is inside of an antique picture frame!! There will also be a rustic hot cocoa lodge background, with wood and hot cocoa elements. I will have hot cocoa props available for your child or children to hold. The third set available is likely going to be my favorite, and is a traditional Christmas background with a wreath on the wall and red and green lighted Christmas trees!!! The attached photos will give you an idea of my lighting and editing style from past sessions, but the backgrounds on the booking site are what will be available on the days of the mini session event. What To Expect at a Christmas Mini Session?
Your family or children will receive 20 minutes of session time with me at my Washington, IL portrait studio. During this time, I will document their adorable expressions as they anticipate the Christmas season!! I will create timeless heirlooms that can be treasured for years to come.
Scheduling your Christmas Mini Session

During the booking process, there will be a questionnaire for parents to fill out so I can know your child or children’s names and any other details that you may find helpful. If you would like to share what your children would like for Christmas to add to the Christmas spirit, you are welcome to do so! A common question asked is will I have a bedroom scene? Yes, please check the dates listed on the booking site, and I will offer a weekend date with the bedroom as an option. It will be used in the red and green Christmas scene, for a classic look. This is a fun time to wear pajamas if that’s something you were looking forward to!
