East Peoria, IL Maternity and Newborn Photographer | Baby Boy Crew | Newborn Portrait Studio Session
This was my first time meeting tiny little Crew’s family, and what a beautiful family they are!!! This little boy’s siblings just adore him, and I captured some amazing photos of them together at our studio in Washington. In this blog post, I would love to go over the importance of parents being included in photos. I understand fully that many moms are extremely self conscious of their appearance after giving birth. Let’s face it, your body is just not the same. You may feel like you’re carrying a bit of extra weight, or your stomach is not as flat as it was pre-pregnancy, or that you’re just not in the mood to do your hair and makeup while still recovering. These are completely valid concerns, and I have been there. You may just not feel like yourself. I am confident that despite these concerns, I can photograph you with lighting and angles to make you look beautiful. I will also send out a prep guide that includes a section about wardrobe suggestions for the entire family, to help make the process of getting everyone ready a bit easier. Your baby will never be this small again, and I love to showcase baby snuggled with mom, cuddled on dad’s arm, or in a parent’s hands.
